To increase the strength of BJP cadre in Gurgaon a membership drive was organised in Sector 31 of the city in which large number of people participated. The event was also organized to mark the birthday of former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Advocate Pawan Kumar Saini, BJP Mandal Adyaksh, Navin Gurgaon, who organised the drive said that the goal is to associate more and more people with BJP which is a party with a difference. Saini said that under the leadership of PM Modi, and BJP chief Amit Shah, the BJP has got new strength and it now wants to become the largest party in the world. On this occasion, registration for Senior Citizen Cards, Aadhar cards as well as Voter ID cards of people who want these documents but find it difficult to get was also initiated.

Saini, who is also a social worker said that the people who came to the camp were made aware of the various documents which are required to get these cards from the government. Saini also said that there is great enthusiasm among the people to join the BJP because it is the only party in the country which believes in the organisation, and is not dependent on a single family to run the party and the nation. Saini also hailed the move of the party to award Bharat Ratna to Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya, and former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee, and to celebrate December 25 as Good Governance Day. He also asked the people living in New Gurgaon to approach his office if they want to become the members of BJP.
