First time as a Deity
The event was my School’s Annual Day on 16th Nov this year. I was excited as I had to perform on the stage. I know that for me getting onto a stage is like jumping out of a plane though it was not my first time on the stage. But the difference was of role where I had to perform the role of Goddess Saraswati. The chirpy girl like me had to show calmness, a pious aura and peaceful expression on my face in front of a big crowd of audience. I was biting my lips and got nervous as to what will happen if I don’t come to the expectations of my teachers.. But my grandmother’s blessings were with me. She had told me that whenever you are in deep  fear, take a deep sigh , relax and concentrate on your work with a positive attitude and you will be out of that fear. I remembered her words and moved forward. My concentration broke when the audience gave me standing ovation.
